Single Day trips
Payment terms for our 1-day excursion tours:

No tours are pay the day of.

Tours must be paid in full by your tour final payment date, as noted on your confirmation which will be mailed to you after placing a reservation. Reservations not paid by due date will be cancelled.

There are no price changes for booking multiple reservations, senior citizens, or kids.

Reservations will not be accepted after final payment dates.

There are NO CASH REFUNDS.

If you have canceled 5 or more trips in a 6 month time period, there will be a 50% non-refunded deposit for reservations made in the future.

No credit can be given if the trip is canceled 30 days before the day trip is scheduled.

You may make reservations for single day tours without payment. We encourage you to make payment within the week of the due date, due to the NO CASH REFUND policy.

You may pay for American Heritage Trails Tours by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover by calling (260) 637-0719 ext. 71. There is a 4% service change. Checks may be mailed to: American Heritage Trails PO Box 25719 Fort Wayne, IN 46825
